Can any oil be used?

The oil used and the amount of oil differ depending on the pump.
In the case of oil rotary vacuum pumps, oil has the role of low vapor pressure characteristics that affect ultimate pressure, seal characteristics that fill gaps inside the pump, and lubrication characteristics that help the movement of machine parts such as vanes and rotors. If you use something other than the specified one, you will not be able to fully use the capacity of the pump.
Use the specified oil in the specified amount after confirming the specifications that match the applicable product.
