The pressure will not drop. What should I do?

If the pressure does not drop, the following causes are possible.
1) Deterioration / damage of diaphragm, intake / exhaust valve, O-ring, gasket.
2) Suction of foreign matter. (including water, solvent, etc.)
3) Leakage from pipes and connections.
